Concise Lists

A wellbeing checklist for Work From Home (WFH) workers

All you WFH workers, stay sane and stay healthy with this checklist

1.
Take a physical break from your computer every 30-45 minutes. During this break, get up and walk around, and relax your eyes.
2.
Listen to your body - drink when thirsty.
3.
Work standing up whenever possible.
4.
Stretch your shoulders and back frequently to counter the positions you spend a lot of time in when working on your computer.
5.
Don't forget to eat. Eat at set times every day. If you're not too hungry, then just eat a smaller portion. It's easy to forget to eat when you're focused on your computer work.
6.
Take social breaks - talk to your colleages, or friends and family. Don't alienate everyone else in your life just because you are at work. You can be productive done AND still socialise with people.
